What we collect and why

Applications currently arrive by email. We receive your sender name and email address, résumé, answers, and any other information or links you include to evaluate your application and communicate about hiring. Instagram, LinkedIn, and portfolio links are optional.

Please do not include identity documents, financial account information, medical information, or confidential work belonging to others. We do not use this application to enroll you in marketing or a talent pool.

Drafting and sending

ISO’s application link opens a draft in your email app. Opening it does not send your application or attach your résumé. Your email provider controls draft storage and delivery. Review your answers, attach your PDF, and send when ready. ISO does not save a draft on this page or issue an automatic application receipt.

Where your application goes

Your email and attachments go to ISO’s hiring inbox at iso.us.admin+careers@gmail.com and are handled through our email service. They are not published to your ISO profile or the marketplace. The email providers involved in sending and receiving your message also process that information.

We do not send your résumé or answers to AI models for candidate scoring.

Updates and withdrawal

To update or withdraw an emailed application, reply to your original message with the role title and your request. ISO does not currently provide online application tracking or withdrawal. Deleting your ISO account does not recall your email or automatically withdraw an emailed application.

We delete applications and attachments within 12 months after the role closes, unless the law or an active legal matter requires us to keep them longer. Withdrawal stops active consideration; you can also ask us to delete your application sooner.

Your choices and questions

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact iso.us.admin+careers@gmail.com. We verify requests before releasing or changing sensitive information. This application acknowledgment is not a waiver of your privacy rights.

For an application accommodation, contact the same inbox and request a private follow-up. Do not include medical details in your general application.
