When a sale closes through ISO, the buyer pays a simple 7% platform fee on top of the agreed price. The seller keeps the full offer. Native checkout is still rolling out, so a beta accept records the match without charging a card.

An ISO post should reflect good-faith intent to buy within the budget and details you list. You're asking finders and sellers to spend real time on your search. Repeated bad-faith behavior — for example, listings you don't intend to follow through on, or routinely ghosting finders after you've engaged — hurts the community. We may issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend accounts for a pattern of abuse. Detailed rules live in Protection & Safety and our Terms of Service.
