How it works
ISO (In Search Of) is a buyer-led reverse marketplace. You post exactly what you're looking for, and finders, resellers, and private collectors bring their inventory to you. Posting is free. During beta, accepting an offer records a match without charging a card. Native payments are not live.
A wanted listing can specify the designer, collection or season, size, measurements, condition, and your budget. For example, describe the exact Issey Miyake shirt you are searching for rather than a brand alone. For a discontinued piece, include its style code if you know it, a reference photo, and whether another size or color would work. Someone who owns the piece can respond with an offer and proof photos; compare measurements, labels and condition before accepting. Proof photos help you assess an offer; they are not an authentication guarantee.

Finders, resellers, and private collectors see your ISO and check their inventory.
Sellers message you on ISO with photos, provenance, and price. Don't have the item? Share the ISO with someone who might — every forward extends the reach.
Check the seller profile, proof images, condition, price, and conversation before you accept. Paid authentication and concierge sourcing are on the roadmap.
Accepting an offer confirms the match. During beta, ISO does not charge your card or hold funds.
ISO is a demand-led marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. During beta, accepting an offer confirms a match; it does not complete a purchase or create a protected order. ISO does not process payments, hold funds, or collect an ISO fee yet. When checkout launches, buyers will pay the ISO fee: 6% for items priced at $200 or less and 5% for items over $200, plus $0.70 per order. Sellers will keep the full agreed price. An ISO post should reflect good-faith intent to buy within the budget and details you list. You're asking finders and sellers to spend real time on your search. Repeated bad-faith behavior — for example, listings you don't intend to follow through on, or routinely ghosting finders after you've engaged — hurts the community. We may issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend accounts for a pattern of abuse. Detailed rules live in Protection & Safety and our Terms of Service.
