Who will thrive here

An AI-native builder who writes clearly, asks useful questions, and enjoys both creative work and numbers. You can turn an observation into a small test. Spreadsheets, analytics, or SEO experience helps; class projects, personal projects, and community experience count.

A SHARED EXPECTATION

AI-native. Human judgment.

You must be AI-native and comfortable using AI tools in your everyday work. Give clear instructions, iterate thoughtfully, and verify outputs before relying on them. Protect confidential information and know when human judgment matters.

You don’t need a paid AI subscription or a particular tool. Examples from class, personal projects, and community work count.
