Remote · NY & CA$17.00/hourStartup equity opportunity

The work

  • Develop an editorial calendar for approved social channels, initially centered on Instagram.
  • Draft posts, short-form video concepts, captions, product explainers, and community stories.
  • Identify relevant conversations and creator opportunities for the team to evaluate.
  • Respond to routine community questions using approved guidance, and escalate support or safety issues.
  • Coordinate permission before featuring user content, photographs, or testimonials.
  • Track saves, shares, qualified visits, and resulting product activity; explain what performed and why.
  • Use AI for ideation, editing, and repurposing while preserving ISO’s voice, checking claims, and respecting content permissions.

Who will thrive here

An AI-native creator with a strong eye for presentation, concise writing, cultural curiosity, and dependable follow-through. You improve an AI draft rather than publish it uncritically. A personal audience, public personal account, or large following is not required.

A SHARED EXPECTATION

AI-native. Human judgment.

You must be AI-native and comfortable using AI tools in your everyday work. Give clear instructions, iterate thoughtfully, and verify outputs before relying on them. Protect confidential information and know when human judgment matters.

You don’t need a paid AI subscription or a particular tool. Examples from class, personal projects, and community work count.

Your contribution to ISO

Build recognition and trust that lead to relevant marketplace activity and retention.
