We’re ISO (in search of) our next builders, marketers, designers, and BizOps.
Our reverse marketplace starts with the search. Buyers post what they’re looking for; sellers, finders, and collectors answer. The people behind that search are what make it work, and we’re in search of a few more. Want to join us?

Who we are.
ISO - In Search Of - is building a demand-first marketplace for hard-to-find fashion, collectibles, and the things people care enough to search for.
We started with a behavior that already exists. People have been looking for rare pieces through group chats, forums, resale pages, and DMs for years. ISO gives that search a place of its own: buyers say what they want, and the people who have it can find them.
We are a small team with a strong interest in culture, design, technology, and the communities that form around the things people collect. We care about taste, trust, and understanding why something matters to someone, not just whether it can be bought or sold.
We believe different backgrounds, references, and obsessions make the marketplace better. The same goes for our team. We want ISO to be built by people who are curious about the world around them and care about getting the details right.
The rest of what we stand for is in our code of conduct.
- Ethics
- Honest descriptions, real photos, nothing fake sold as real.
- Diversity
- Every background, every reference, every budget.
- Community
- Buyers, sellers, finders, collectors. One room.
- Fashion
- Archive pieces, grails, the things worth keeping.
- Culture
- Scenes, cities, decades. Objects carry all of it.
